What we use and why

We use your name, contact details and the business information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential services and take steps you request before an engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We do not add you to a marketing list from this enquiry.

How the enquiry works

When you send an enquiry, your answers are sent to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to finance@riseaccounts.com. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Our email provider handles the resulting message, and our website host may process technical information needed to deliver the page. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up, taking account of legal or record-keeping needs. We may use service providers such as email and website hosting providers to handle this information. We do not sell enquiry details. If you become a client, further information about handling client records will be provided as part of onboarding.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or erase information, or object to its use, where applicable. Email us at finance@riseaccounts.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
